This policy applies to orders delivered to the United States and to other destinations where a shipping option is available at checkout.

Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping methods, estimates and fees

For United States orders, Standard shipping is currently free. The estimated transit time is 7–15 business days after dispatch. No fixed-price express service is currently offered for US orders.

For other destinations, available carriers, service levels, delivery estimates, and shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you place your order. We only accept orders to destinations supported by checkout.

Transit estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier operations, weather, public holidays, customs processing, and other events may affect delivery. Any applicable duties or taxes will be displayed at checkout where supported; otherwise, the recipient may be responsible for charges imposed by local authorities.

Tracking and delivery issues

After dispatch, we will email a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Tracking may take 24–72 hours to show its first carrier scan. Please check your shipping details before ordering. If a package appears lost or arrives damaged, contact info@wearshopx.com promptly with your order number and keep the packaging while we review the issue.
